The Human is very complex. It is difficult to make a general comment about human beings. After some time, we will be able to analyze the pattern of human beings and understand more about human. From the observation, we can rule out the 5 reasons why people fail in their MLM businesses.

1. People are misinterpreting the rejection by close family members and friends. The problem here is when someone is being introduced to MLM business, he or she is excited about it. It might be due to the income factor that drives the person to be so motivated to start recruiting straight away. When you first join a MLM company, the very first rule they teach is to target your close family members and friends. However, when the people from this group reject the ideas, the person is disappointed and abandon the project completely. There is a high chance where the new MLM marketer will drop their plan after being rejected by the family members and friends. MLM has become a popular business in the market but there are people who still make a bad remark about MLM business even today.

2. Wrong expectations with the early results and little effort.
There is a chance where you can feel lack of effort depends on how you run the business. For example, you manage to get a few people who will then introduce a few more people for you. So you will get rich through this way. However, once the new recruits realized the amount of effort for networking and marketing, they will be disappointed and drop out of the business. No matter what business you are venturing, there is an amount of hard work involved. If there is an offer that tells you, you don’t need to do a single thing and just wait for the income, it is a lie. The most common problem is when the MLM marketer does not consider the cost of advertising in the business. The advertising can take a big chunk out of your income especially when you are starting out new. You must remember that this is a normal business and you are not doing a test run business.

3. No focus or less focus.
You cannot keep on changing MLM companies. Changing companies is not like changing clothes. There are many things to consider. You want to achieve success but you are never going to achieve it if you are doing this. If you have survived the first few years, you are doing fine. However, if you are the kind who look for the next ‘big hit product’ and then leave your current product to pursue the new one, you are never getting near towards success. The rule is you must build a solid background at your current company before you take off to other MLM companies. If you are working on more than one opportunities, one good way to expand your business is to complement each and every one of the opportunities. If you have come across a great way to increase your business, you should do it from the one that offers you compensation.

4. Fail to work on the self-duplicated recruiting plan.
The old methods are long gone. Now, it is all about internet marketing. There are more ways to communicate with potential customers and one doesn’t need to leave home to do so. A long time ago, it was very popular to do home demonstrations from house to house but people are feeling intimidated by this way and so the network marketing fizzles. The point is to make people comfortable with the approach of MLM marketer. For new recruiters, they must go through a series of training to expose themselves with the knowledge of being a MLM marketer. An excellent training program is the one that can be duplicated. When you have a system, you must learn to use it so you are familiar with the procedures and you can teach others. However, when you are working on a system, make sure the system is tested before you invent your own system. If you already found a great system, there is no use to reinvent something similar.

5. Helping the down lines.
There is no way a new down line can be an expert in the shortest time. The down lines need guidance from their up line and that is you. Now, you need to know the limit of how far you are going to help your down lines so they don’t be too dependent on you but you must also make sure that you teach them properly so they can start off well rather than failing later. You must make sure while they learn from you, they must also develop their own skills and learn on their own so they can do things independently. You are there to provide guidance but not to spoon feed them everything. Teach them how to fish instead of fishing for them.
